Once the customer has approved the project, it is implemented under an executive contract that specifies the scheduling of the work, the selection of associates from outside the company to assist the internal workforce, the co-ordination and the direction of all the phases on-site in compliance with laws currently in force and the management of all and any suppliers of specific services, while closely scrutinising times and costs.

The service includes:

  • drawing up the working designs (general and specific)
  • the fulfilling of all the bureaucratic formalities necessary for obtaining the institutional authorisations before work may begin
  • the appointment of professional figures (Works Manager, Safety Co-ordinator, Technical Site Manager etc.) selected from the network of partners

The works completion certificate, any formalities for new entry in the urban land registry and request for the premises to be declared suitable for use/habitation complete the implementation phase.

To crown the turn-key service, the Albus Group offers its customers personalised organisation of the opening of the new premises showing off the preceding design and outfitting phases in their best light.

This is a fundamental phase for communicating the business objectives as it communicates the importance of the investments made.
